~Only standard sizes are available for sale items; no customizations will be accepted.

~Alterations, if required, are chargeable at INR 2000 per piece.

~Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

~No exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items, unless they meet the specific conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Your purchase may be eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

~An incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., it does not match the item listed in your order confirmation email).

~The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.

All such claims will be verified by our Quality Check team. Upon verification, our Customer Service team will reach out to you regarding the next steps.

Please Note:

~The returned product must be received by us within 10 days from the date our Customer Service team advises you to return it.

~Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Store Credit & Refunds

~Store Credit: Once the returned product passes the quality check, a credit note will be issued. Details of the credit note will be shared by our Customer Service team. This store credit can be applied at checkout during your next purchase.

~Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any item, whether sale or non-sale.
