At Lovebirds, we believe good design means less waste, timeless styles and durable products. We make our products using high quality locally sourced raw material, partnering with craftsmen across India and producing everything in our studio in Delhi, which not only gives us a better control on our quality but also helps us maintain ethical, fair and inclusive work culture.
If a piece has been damaged, send it to our studio and we will do our best to fix it. For pieces from our older collections, we can't guarantee we will have the same fabric, it may look a little different. If you'd like to place a request to repair one of our products write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to alter the size or cut of a piece, we’d be happy to help. If you’re in Delhi then you can pop in to our studio and we’ll help make it happen. If you’re placing an order online, just email us at email@example.com and we’ll help work out the best approach.
We make upcycling a part of our practice as a different approach of looking at waste, and to be able to re-use it. Starting with our SS20 collection, we've been making upcycled coordinated cross-body bags, masks and lifestyle products, each made from the 'Katran' waste generated during the cutting stage. We have also recently made an completely upcycled handwoven fabric from our textile waste.
Locally Sourced and Produced
Based in India, all our processes are locally done, working with many craft clusters across India, using numerous handcrafted fabrics and techniques. Almost 90% of the materials are locally sourced and everything is produced in our studio in Delhi. Screen and hand block printing remains the core of our surface design.
