Returns & Exchanges
We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that we do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange that are shipped after 7 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in.
Please note that we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. End of season sale items or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Lovebirds is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Lovebirds does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at Lovebird’s sole discretion.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
